Our terms, privacy, and policies

Updated Terms of Service & Privacy Policy 1. Business Entity Disclosure Triangle Curbside Services is a registered trade name and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Carolina Falls Market LLC, a North Carolina Limited Liability Company. All service agreements, billing, and legal liabilities are held by Carolina Falls Market LLC. 2. Service & Scheduling 2.1 Recurring Service: We provide professional pet waste removal on a weekly basis. Service occurs on your assigned day, though specific arrival times may vary. 2.2 Right to Adjust Service Schedule: Triangle Curbside Services reserves the right to permanently or temporarily change your assigned service day to improve routing efficiency or accommodate holidays and staffing. We will provide at least 24 hours' notice via email or text for any permanent schedule changes. 2.3 Initial & One-Time Cleans: We offer standalone one-time cleanings or mandatory "Initial Deep Cleans" for new recurring clients whose yards have not been serviced within the last 14 days. 2.4 Access & Gate Policy: It is the client’s responsibility to provide clear access to the service area (unlocked gates, etc.). If we cannot access your yard due to a locked gate or obstruction, the visit will be charged at the full rate. 2.5 Gate-Closed Guarantee: We commit to a rigorous multi-point exit protocol to ensure your gate is closed and latched. Technicians may document the secured state of the gate via digital photo. However, clients remain responsible for maintaining the functional integrity of their gates, latches, and fencing. Triangle Curbside Services is not responsible for pets escaping due to hardware failure or property defects. 3. Weather & Maintenance Policy 3.1 Weather Postponements: If weather conditions are dangerous for our team, we will catch you on your next scheduled visit. We will perform a "Double Scoop" to clear the extra pile-up at no additional charge. 3.2 Yard Maintenance (The "Tall Grass" Clause): To ensure a thorough scoop, grass must be kept at a reasonable height and leaf debris must be managed. If a yard is not well-maintained (tall grass/excessive leaves), our technicians will do their best to clear visible waste. We cannot guarantee 100% removal if waste is hidden by vegetation or debris. Any waste missed due to poor yard conditions will be picked up on the next service date once the yard is maintained. 3.3 Safe Working Environment: Please ensure all automatic sprinklers are turned off during your service window. We ask that no lawn mowers or heavy equipment be operating in the same area while we are scooping. 4. Safety & Pet Policy 4.1 Aggressive Pets: For the safety of our technicians, pets must be kept indoors during service. We will not enter a yard with an unrestrained pet that displays aggressive or territorial behavior. Any service interrupted by safety concerns will be billed at the standard rate. 4.2 Keeping Pups Healthy: Your dog's safety is our top priority. Triangle Curbside Services uses professional-grade, pet-safe disinfectants on our tools and boots between every single yard to maintain the highest hygiene standards. However, because pets can contract illnesses from various public sources, sidewalks, or local wildlife, neither Triangle Curbside Services nor its parent company, Carolina Falls Market LLC, shall be held liable for any illnesses, infections, or veterinary costs. 4.3 Dog Count Accuracy: Pricing is based on the dog count provided at sign-up. If a technician consistently observes waste volume exceeding the reported dog count, we reserve the right to adjust the rate or suspend service until the account is updated. 5. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds 5.1 Automatic Billing & Card on File: By enrolling in service, you authorize Carolina Falls Market LLC (dba Triangle Curbside Services) to maintain your credit card information on file via Stripe and automatically charge your account on a per-visit basis for services rendered. Billing will continue automatically until a formal termination notice is provided. 5.2 The "Route-Stop" Commitment: Because our routes are scheduled in advance, we do not offer credits for skipped services. If you choose to skip a week, you will still be charged the full weekly rate to maintain your spot on the route and to cover the double workload (two weeks of waste) on our next visit. 5.3 Cancellations: We require 48 hours' notice for any service cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice are subject to the full service charge. 5.4 Payment Failure & Service Suspension: If an invoice remains unpaid for more than 7 days, service will be suspended. If the balance is not received within 30 days, the service agreement will be terminated. A $15 late fee applies to balances outstanding after 14 days. 6. Privacy Policy & Referral Data 6.1 Information We Collect: We collect personal information necessary to provide services, including your name, service address, email address, phone number, and pet details. 6.2 Referral Privacy: If you provide the name of a friend or neighbor for a referral credit, you represent and warrant that you have obtained their express permission to share their name with Triangle Curbside Services for the purpose of identifying the referral source. 6.3 Use of Information: Your data is used specifically for routing, billing, and communication. We do not sell or lease your personal information. 6.4 Third-Party Disclosure: We disclose information only to necessary parties: Stripe (Payments) and Communication Tools (e.g., Sona/Bland AI/Twilio). No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. 7. Waste Disposal Policy 7.1 Disposal Method: All pet waste collected will be double-bagged and placed in the client's designated residential trash bin on-site. We do not offer off-site waste hauling. 7.2 Interior Access Prohibition: Technicians will never enter an attached garage or any part of the home’s interior. 8. Limitation of Liability 8.1 Scope of Liability: Total liability is strictly limited to a refund of the amount paid for the specific service date in question. 8.2 Property & Equipment: We are not liable for property wear and tear (turf damage), damage to gates/fences already in disrepair, or items left in the yard. 9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in Wake County, NC. 10. Communication Consent (Contact Authorization) 10.1 Express Consent: By submitting our contact form or signing up for service, you provide your express written consent for Carolina Falls Market LLC (dba Triangle Curbside Services) to contact you via phone call, email, and SMS text message for service updates, billing notifications, and promotional offers. 10.2 Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt-out of text communications at any time by replying "STOP."
